Our response
Valid notices are processed promptly: infringing material is removed or disabled, and repeat infringers lose access. You acknowledge that knowingly filing a false notice may make you liable for damages.
Counter-notice
If your material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with the same contact rigor; we will restore material where appropriate after the statutory window.
